Request a change of the Planned Effort's cell, font color to "Red", if the Total Planned Effort for that task > Planned Effort.

For example,

If I assign two (2) resources to work the same, one (1)-day task containing a Planned Effort (my budget) cell value of 8 hours, BUT I fail to change the % Allocation for their time on the task (i.e., they are both working 100% time). The Planned Effort = 8 hours, but now the Total Planned Effort is set to 16 hours.

I'd like to spot this on the Inspire Planner user interface. Unless this causes a conflict elsewhere, I think turning the color of the cell value to red would be helpful.
