LWC: Change color or widen the delineator & Prevent freeze pane from automatically collapsing

LWC:

1 - Change color or widen the delineator btwn the Freeze and Locked Panes to make it more visible.

2 - Create a way to prevent the freeze pane from automatically collapsing. The Locked pane sometimes becomes the only view which makes it difficult to open the freeze pane since there is no indicator that the freeze pane is collapsed.
