Assigning Licenses to Users

    If you would like to assign Inspire Planner licenses to new users or update license assigning of existing users, complete the steps below:


    Assigning licenses to new users:

    1. As a system administrator, Navigate to Setup > Installed Packages
    2. Click Manage Licenses link under Inspire Planner, this will launch the license assignment page
    3. Click the Add Users button
    4. Select your desired users and click Add
    5. You will now see your selected users under the Licensed Users list


    Updating license assignment of existing users:

    1. As a system administrator, Navigate to Setup > Installed Packages
    2. Click Manage Licenses link under Inspire Planner, this will launch the license assignment page
    3. Click the Remove link beside the users you wish to unassign a license, or click the Remove Multiple Users button
      • Select the desired set of users to unassign
      • Click Remove
    4. Click the Add Users button
    5. Select your desired users and click Add
    6. You will now see your updated assigned users under the Licensed Users list
