If you would like to assign Inspire Planner licenses to new users or update license assigning of existing users, complete the steps below:
Assigning licenses to new users:
- As a system administrator, Navigate to Setup > Installed Packages
- Click Manage Licenses link under Inspire Planner, this will launch the license assignment page
- Click the Add Users button
- Select your desired users and click Add
- You will now see your selected users under the Licensed Users list
Updating license assignment of existing users:
- As a system administrator, Navigate to Setup > Installed Packages
- Click Manage Licenses link under Inspire Planner, this will launch the license assignment page
- Click the Remove link beside the users you wish to unassign a license, or click the Remove Multiple Users button
- Select the desired set of users to unassign
- Click Remove
- Click the Add Users button
- Select your desired users and click Add
- You will now see your updated assigned users under the Licensed Users list
