Add a Company Logo to your Print Header, Project Status Report and External Project Portal

    Your company logo can be displayed as part of the print header, Project Status Report, and Inspire Planner External Project Portal. This help article will show you how to specify the logo to be used.

     

    Prepare Your Company Logo

    First, you will need to host your company logo (image) online and then copy the URL to your company logo. 

     

    Please Note: 

    • Your hosted logo must be in .GIF, .PNG or .JPEG format.
    • Recommended aspect ratio is 960px (width) x 380px (height)

     

     

    Modify Inspire Planner Custom Settings

    Once you've copied the URL to your Company Logo, you will need to modify the Inspire Planner Custom Settings to reference it.

     

    1. Click on the Gear icon at the top right corner and go to Setup. 

       
       
    2. Enter "custom setting" in the Quick Find box at the top left corner and click on Custom Settings. 

       
       
    3. Click on Manage beside Inspire Planner Config. 

       
       
    4. Click on Edit on top of the page. 

       
       
    5. Enter/Paste the URL of your Company Logo in the field labeled "Logo URL" and click on Save. 


     

    Add Remote Site Setting

    Next, you will need to add the Site URL of your Company Logo in Remote Site Settings.

     

    1. In Setup, enter "remote site" in the Quick Find box at the top left corner and click on Remote Site Settings. 

       
       
    2. Click on New Remote Site. 

       
       
    3. Populate the Remote Site Name (the name cannot contain spaces) and enter the Remote Site URL. Optionally, you can also include a description. Set it to "Active" and click on Save.
