Admin Guide - Enable/Disable BETA Features in Inspire Planner

Administrators can selectively enable individual BETA features or use the master toggle to enable all available BETA features, giving them control over which preview features are accessible to their users.

Required Permissions

You must be a Salesforce System Administrator to enable BETA features as it requires access to Salesforce Setup and Administration.

Enable or Disable BETA Features

Learn how to configure BETA feature settings in Inspire Planner.

1. Open the Salesforce App Launcher, enter "Inspire Planner Settings" in the search box, and then click Inspire Planner Settings.
   
   
    
2. Navigate to General & Branding.
   
   
    

3. Enable or disable individual BETA features, including Timesheet Approvals, Resource Forecast, and Actual Effort View, or use the master Enable all BETA features toggle to enable all current and future BETA features at once.
    

   Note: When the master toggle is enabled, all individual BETA feature toggles are automatically enabled and locked. You cannot individually disable a feature until the master toggle is turned off.
