The new Portfolio Dashboard provides a visual, read-only executive summary directly on the Portfolio Lightning record page, enabling portfolio managers to monitor the health of all projects from a single view.

Follow these steps to add the Portfolio Dashboard to your Portfolio Lightning record page.
Configure the Portfolio Dashboard using the properties available in the right-hand panel.
Select or clear each option to show or hide individual dashboard panels. You can also configure the maximum number of Health Matrix rows, Attention Items, Milestones, Milestone Lookahead Days, Budget, Effort, Risks & Issues, and Resources displayed on the dashboard.
Click Save when you have finished configuring the dashboard properties. If you have not already done so, be sure to activate the Lightning record page so the Project Dashboard is available to users.
