Admin Guide - User Can Only Edit Own Time Entries

    There is an Inspire Planner custom setting called "User Can Only Edit Own Time Entries" that, when set to TRUE, limits an Inspire Planner user's ability to edit time entries only to those that they own.

     

    Please note:

    This setting can only be adjusted by a Salesforce System Administrator as it requires access to custom settings.

     

    1. Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner and go to Setup.


       
    2. Enter "custom settings" in the Quick Find box and click on Custom Settings.


       
    3. Click on Manage beside Inspire Planner Config.


       
    4. Click on Edit.


       
    5. Look for the setting "User Can Only Edit Own Time Entries" and set it to TRUE. When this setting is TRUE, users can only edit the time entries they own.

      Click on Save when finished.
