The Inspire Planner Help Center is a resource center for all Inspire Planner users. The Help Center is where users can access videos, Admin and User Guides as well as submit help tickets to our support team.
In order for users to be able to access the Help Center, they must be granted an Inspire Planner License and API must be enabled for them.
Please note:
Auto-authentication is limited to Salesforce Production environments and is not available in Sandboxes.
The best way to access the Help Center is to go to the Inspire Planner Help tab.
Click on the Salesforce App Launcher at the top left corner and then enter “Inspire” in the Quick Find box.
Click on Inspire Planner Help.
When you access the Help Center for the first time, it automatically creates a new user for you in the Help Center. It should automatically take you to the Inspire Planner Help Center and also automatically sign you in. You need to be signed in for you to access all areas of the Help Center including the ability to submit help tickets to our support team.
If after following the steps above, it does not automatically sign you in and prompts you for login information, please send an email to support@inspireplanner.com
