    Unable to update Action Items after they have been created

    Hello,

    After I create Action Items and assign them to users, I am unable to update them afterwards.  Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi John,


    You are not doing anything wrong.  This is due to your Salesforce organization-wide default setting for Activities being set to Private.  Since it is Private, only the Action Item owner can modify it after it has been created.


    You can ask your Salesforce administrator if it is possible to set your Activity sharing setting to Public.
