    Resolved Issues

    Description

Auto-assign tasks remove assignee if task is already completeWhen using the Project Team role to auto-assign Project Tasks, completed tasks would be reassigned if Project Team record is updated with new Resources.  The automation no longer reassigns Completed tasks and only reassigns non-completed tasks.

Saving Project with column filter applied results in data skewIf a user has applied column filters to their Projects, then saves the Project, this action would result in data skew.  Users can now apply filters and save without issue.

Javascript error with Kanban toggle view Within Projects, Users would receive a Javascript error when toggling from Kanban view to Table view.  Users will no longer receive the error.

    Time tracker stop watch failures

When pausing and resuming time, stop watch did not aggregate time correctly.  Stop watch will calculate time correctly when pausing and resuming time.

Stop watch also had display issues where the Lightning component was permanently displayed at top of page.  This issue has been resolved and will scroll correctly.

Project OWD - Public Read/WriteInspire Planner will now recognize Project org-wide default (OWD) sharing for public read/write.  Customers can now set the Project OWD to Public Read/Write to share all Projects with all Users.

Apex error if ReminderDateTime is NULLAdditional error handling add to handle cases where Salesforce Tasks are created via customization and does not include ReminderDateTime.  This will no longer throw an error.

Default User Settings for TemplatesWhen users created a new project from a template, the default user view settings were not copied to the new project.  The template owners default view settings are now copied to all new projects created from template.

Custom picklist fields with NoneFor custom project task picklist fields added to the Project interface, users were unable to unassign a picklist value after it was a assigned to a Project Task.  '--None--' has been added to custom picklists so users can now unassign values.

Attribute display issuesOn Attribute creation, there is a "description" text that appears on top of the attribute name.  This has been removed.

Resource page - late task labels

Project Task labels not highlightning in RED if late:

    • Late (Not complete and TODAY > Finish Date) = RED

Task status sync failing for custom valuesWhen updating a related Salesforce Task status to a custom value, the sync back to the Project would fail.  Custom status values now sync without issue.
