Portfolio Viewer Home Page Lightning Component - Define Columns

The Portfolio Viewer Homepage Lightning component makes it easy for you to see and switch between Portfolios at a glance. But did you know you can specify which columns are displayed in the Portfolio Viewer? This help article will show you how.

1. Click on the Gear icon at the top right corner and go to Setup.
   
   
    
2. Go to Object Manager.
   
   
    
3. Enter "Project" in the QuickFind box at the top right corner and click on Project.
   
   
    
4. Go to Field Sets.
   
   
    
5. The following field sets control which columns are displayed in the Portfolio Viewer:
   
   Portfolio Dashboard - KPIs - click on this option to define which of the Project KPIs are displayed as columns in the Portfolio Viewer.
   
   Portfolio Dashboard - Project Attributes - click on this option to define which fields from the Project are displayed as columns in the Portfolio Viewer. If you created Project custom fields, you can also have them displayed as columns within the Portfolio Viewer.
   
   Simply drag the field(s) into the box labeled "In the Field Set" and then click on Save.
