Set Field-Level Security for Ready to Start

    You may be trying to view the "Ready to Start" indicator on the Project UI or on the Salesforce Task but can't see the field. This is likely because the field-level security for the "Ready to Start" field is not set to visible. This help article will walk you through how to set the field-level security for Ready to Start field to ensure that Inspire Planner users can see the field in both Project Tasks and the related Salesforce Tasks.

     

    Set Field-Level Security for Ready to Start on Project Tasks

    This section will walk you through how to make sure the field-level security for "Ready to Start" on the Project Task is set to visible.

     

    1. Click on the Gear Icon at the top right corner and go to Setup.


       
    2. Go to Object Manager.


       
    3. Enter "Task" in the Quick Find box at the top right and go to Project Task.


       
    4. Go to Fields & Relationships.


       
    5. Enter "ready" in the Quick Find box and click on Ready to Start.


       
    6. Click on Set Field-Level Security on top.


       
    7. Set it to Visible for all profiles and click on Save.
