Set a Record as Internal Only in the External Project Portal

The Internal Only feature in Inspire Planner allows you to designate specific records as internal-only, limiting the information visible to External Portal collaborators.
 

When Internal Only is set to TRUE for a record belonging to an object exposed as a tab in the External Portal, that record is excluded from the portal and is not visible to external users. Records not marked as Internal Only continue to display as usual.

Note: Custom Object Tabs are available exclusively to organizations with a Premium+ Success Plan. Please contact customer.success@inspireplanner.com  to have this feature enabled for your organization.

Set a Record as "Internal Only"

To designate a record as internal-only, simply set Internal Only to TRUE on the record. The example below uses a Risk record, but the same steps apply to records from any other project-related object exposed as a Custom Object Tab in the External Portal.
