    Project - Support for multi-currency
    Learn more

     The Inspire Planner Project Schedule now detects if multi-currency is enabled for the org. If multi-currency is enabled, then Currency Fields on the Project and related records (i.e. Project Team, Project Task, Salesforce Task, etc.) display the appropriate currency symbol based on the currency that is set for the Project. If multi-currency is not enabled, then Project Schedule will look at the org currency and will display currency fields using the appropriate currency symbol. No action required
         
    Project - New Portable Gantt Visualforce Page You can now add the Project Gantt Visualforce page to a Lightning page for any object.  Please refer to this help article for complete instructions on how to add the Portable Gantt to a Lighting Record page.
         
    Project - New Portable Kanban Board Lightning Component You can now add the Inspire Kanban Board portable Lightning component to a Lightning page for any object. Please refer to this help article for complete instructions on how to add the Portable Kanban Board to a Lighting Record page.
         
    Project - Ability to filter custom picklists You can now filter tasks in the Project Schedule using custom picklists. No action required
         
    Project Task - Support for multi-select roles We've added a new field called "Multi Role" in the Project Task object. You can now select multiple roles for a Project Task when auto assigning Tasks using Project Teams and Roles. Please refer to this help article for complete instructions on how to configure Inspire Planner to use Multi Role.
         
    Time Tracker - New option to exclude Project A new field called "Exclude from Time Tracker" has been added to the Project Object. When set to TRUE, the Project does not display in the Records List in Time Tracker Tab. If you have custom permission sets, you will need to enable access to "Exclude from Time Tracker" field in Project Object. You will also need to add this new field to your Project Page Layouts

    Project - Actual Finish Date is now Editable Actual Finish Date field for Project Tasks can now be edited. When the Project Task is updated from "Completed" (or equivalent value) back to a non-completed value, then Actual Finish Date is updated to a blank value. When Project Task is updated to "Completed" again, then Actual Finish Date will populate correctly. No action required
         
    Project - Standard renamed to Waterfall Standard Projects has now been renamed to "Waterfall". For Project Type picklist in Project Object, you will need to adjust "Standard" to "Waterfall"
         
    Project - Improved search function for custom look-up fields We made improvements to the search function for custom look-up fields to avoid issues related to limits and improve load time. No action required
         
    Project - Task Dialogue Refinements We made adjustments to the Task Dialogue (Task Dialogue appears when you right click on the Task List in the Project Schedule) so that users can clearly see where a new Task is going to be added.  No action required
         
    Project - Cursor now defaults to first Task row Upon opening a Project, cursor now defaults to first row instead of Task Search box. No action required
         
    Project - Optimizations to Export to Excel Function We optimized the Export to Excel Function to support the export of larger Projects. No action required
         
    Project Task - Renamed "Notes" to "Description/Notes" Project Task "Notes" has been renamed to "Description/Notes" to better support the new Agile and Simple Task List type Projects. No action required
         
    Stopwatch Component - Logging time now populates Work Date Start and Work Date End We made adjustments to the stopwatch so that when users log time, it populates the Work Date Start and Work Date End. If you have custom permission sets, you will need to grant read/write access to the field called "Timer Initial Time" (inspire1__Timer_Initial_Time__c) on the User Object
         
    Time Tracker - Logic added to recalculate Actual Effort when Salesforce Task or Project Task look-up is updated We added logic that will recalculate Actual Effort when Salesforce Task or Project Task look-up for a Time Entry is updated.  No action required
         
    External Project Portal - Validation added to check for Project Type With the addition of two (2) new Project Types (Agile and Task List), we added validation to the Inspire Planner External Project Portal to check for Project Type. Only Projects with a type of "waterfall" are currently supported. No action required
         
    Triggers - Updated logic to reference "Disable Triggers for Data Migration" Custom Setting We updated the logic for existing triggers to reference the custom setting called "Disable Triggers for Data Migration". When this setting is set to TRUE, triggers do not fire. No action required

    Project - sysAssignedToIDs now correctly auto-updating when Tasks are re-assigned sysAssignedToIDs on Project Task is now correctly updating when the related Salesforce Task is deleted and the Project Task is re-assigned.  No action required
         
    Project - % Complete now supports Work Hours = 0  % complete calculation on Project now correctly calculates even when total hours for workday is 0. No action required
         
    Project - Apex Heap Error when cloning Projects with a lot of attachments Cloning Projects with a lot of attachments no longer produces an apex heap error. No action required
         
    Project Task - Ready to Start incorrectly being set to False  Ready to Start now correctly defaults to TRUE when Task has no predecessors. No action required
         
    Project Task - % Complete and Status not updating for Parent Tasks % Complete and Status of Parent Tasks now correctly updating when Salesforce Tasks are updated. No action required
         
    Time Tracker - adding a new row in Weekly view now correctly displaying Adding a new row in Weekly view for Salesforce Tasks not related to an Inspire Tasks is now correctly displaying the new row. No action required
         
    Apex Limit Error - Related to Filling SysAssignedToIDs We updated our query logic to handle larger volumes of data when populating the following system field on Project Task object: SysAssignedToIDs. No action required
         
    Gantt - Project Tasks no longer being deleted when using DEL key in Task Search box Project Tasks are no longer getting deleted when using the DELETE key when removing keywords in the Task Search box. No action required

    Project Task - Role A new "Multi Role" field for Project Tasks has been introduced which will replace the existing "Role" field. The existing Role field will be deprecated and will no longer be supported after Spring 23 Release. Please follow instructions in this help article for migrating to Multi Role.
