IP-309	Portfolio - New Dynamic Portfolios Learn More	This feature leverages the power of list views to dynamically filter and update portfolios, eliminating the need for manual updates. When a Project list view is associated with a portfolio, any project records meeting that criteria, are reflected in the portfolio's display in real-time. IP-306	Portfolio - In-line Editing Learn More	With this update, you will be able to update Project fields directly within the portfolio view. This includes fields such as Project Status, Project KPIs, and more. It offers a convenient and efficient way to manage and update project information.	No action required

	Project - Project Gantt LWC (Closed Beta)	We have upgraded the existing Visualforce component to a Lightning Web Component (LWC), aligning it with the current Salesforce platform architecture and programming language. This upgrade brings a more intuitive user interface, aligned with the Lightning aesthetic. It also enhances performance and scalability. *Please note that this feature is a Closed Beta available to Premium+ customers only on a requested basis. Beta availability will begin at the end of June. Please reach out to your CSM if you are interested in participating It will not be automatically enabled and will require full regression testing before activation to ensure compatibility with existing org configurations and architecture. IP-290	Project Task - New “Actual Start Date” Field Learn More	We've added a new field on Project Task object called “Actual Start Date” which is automatically populated when Project Task status is updated to “In Progress” (or equivalent status).	Admin Guide - Actual Start and Actual Finish Date

IP-304	Lightning Component - Salesforce Task View Learn More	We have added a new Lightning Component called “Salesforce Task View” that can be added to any Lightning Page such as a home page or Project Lightning record page. This component allows users to easily see and toggle between all Salesforce Tasks, My Salesforce Tasks and All Overdue Tasks. When this component is added to a Project Lightning record page, the component only displays Salesforce Tasks related to the Project. This provides Project Managers a quick and easy way to see and navigate to all related Salesforce Tasks.	Admin Guide - Lightning Component - Salesforce Task View

IP-362	Project Status Report - New custom setting for custom VF page	A new custom setting called “Status Report Custom Page Name” has been added to Inspire Planner Config. IP-312	Project Task - Total Allocated Effort	The "Total Planned Effort" has been renamed to "Total Allocated Effort" and can now be added to the Project Schedule as a column.	If you have custom permission sets, please ensure users have access to the "Total Allocated Effort" field in Project Task object.

IP-338	Resource Management LWC - Date Range Selector	You will now have the ability to filter by Project Task date range in the Resource Management LWC. By defining start and finish dates, you can display a filtered view of allocation, providing better control over resource management.	No action required

IP-364	Resource Management LWC - Optimizations	We have optimized the loading logic for the Resource Management LWC to improve performance and reduce load.	No action required

IP-334	Agile Projects - Create Sprints from Kanban	We have added the ability to create sprints directly from the Kanban board. This enhancement streamlines the agile project management process, making it more efficient and user-friendly.	No action required

IP-300	Project Status Report - Dialogue converted from VF to LWC	The dialogue window for the Project Status Report has been converted from a Visualforce to a Lightning Web Component (LWC) to align with current Salesforce architecture and design. IP-286 & IP-209	Beacon - Optimizations	This update will improve the overall performance and efficiency of the Beacon service. With optimized resource management, the footprint of the Beacon has been reduced, resulting in a more streamlined and efficient utilization of platform resources. Additionally, the frequency and volume of batch jobs executed per cycle have been streamlined, minimizing the risk of hitting inherited Salesforce limits.	No action required

IP-303	Lightning Component - Task Predecessor & Successor Component	The Task Predecessor & Successor Lightning Component can now be added to Project Task object.	No action required

IP-312	Project - % Allocation Adjustments on SF Task not updating Total Planned Effort on Project Task and Project Team	When % Allocation is adjusted on Salesforce Tasks, it is now correctly updating the value in Total Planned Effort on Project Task and Project Team records.	No action required

IP-371	Resource LWC - Calculation includes weekends	The Resource LWC is now correctly plotting hours, excluding weekends in the calculation.	No action required

IP-302	Lightning Components - Conflict with "Enable Secure Static Resources"	Inspire Planner Lightning Components now load and work correctly even when “Enable Secure Static Resources” is enabled.	No action required

	Project - Role Field	We are extending support for Role field until the October 2023 Major Release. It will be deprecated at that time.	No action required

	Resources - Legacy Resource Allocation Visualforce Page	It was previously noted in our Feb 2023 (1.340) Major Release - Release Notes that we would be deprecating the legacy Resource Allocation VF page as part of Jun 2023 (1.343) Major Release. We are extending support for this feature until our Feb 2024 Major Release. It will then be deprecated at that time.	No action required
